Patients can access results through our secure online Results Portal using their Patient ID and date of birth. Results are also sent directly to your ordering provider. Contact us at 904-467-0447 if you need assistance.
Turnaround time varies by test. Routine chemistry and hematology panels are typically resulted within 24 hours. Molecular diagnostics and specialty tests may require 24–72 hours. Microbiology cultures can take 3–5 days. Your provider will communicate expected turnaround when ordering.
No. As a high-complexity clinical laboratory, test orders must come from a licensed healthcare provider. Patients cannot self-order testing. Please work with your healthcare provider to determine which tests are appropriate.
High-complexity is the highest CLIA classification. It requires specialized instrumentation, validated testing methodologies, and highly trained laboratory scientists. It allows us to perform the most advanced diagnostic testing available.

Yes. Synexis Lab and Diagnostics LLC complies fully with HIPAA privacy regulations. Our Results Portal uses encrypted connections. We maintain a Notice of Privacy Practices governing how health information is used and disclosed.
